Under the name Lateral Line, Mónica composes her collages with a key principle in mind: balance. The artist's work process resembles that of a craftsman, in which the different materials, color, textures and use of hands. It is a process that endows the work with a passion for work and the meticulous finesse with which it turns the various materials and nuances into a work of art that, once finished, its resulting compositions acquire an elegant and refined tone within its simplicity, which endows any corner with an exquisite decoration
