Miguel Torrús begins his artistic training in the adolescence because he had always clear about his vocation as an artist, he even created his own painting academy that he managed for more than a decade. Currently, he combines his facet as a painter with his work as a resident artist for the ColArt Group, which includes brands such as Winsor & Newton, Liquitex or Conté a Pàris. Miguel has won prizes in all the techniques throughout his more than 30 years of career, and his work is part of collections in the US, Cuba, Italy, France, Argentina and organizations such as the City of Madrid or the Consulate of Portugal. In addition, his works have been exhibited in galleries such as the Tucker Gallery Evanston in Illinois (USA), the Merceditas Valdés Gallery in Havana (Cuba) or the Espalter Gallery in Madrid.
