Ana Cardoso, born in 1980 in Porto, is a leading Portuguese artist. She obtained a Master's degree in Drawing Practice and Theory in FBAUP, and she holds a degree in Fine Arts - Painting from ESAP.
Throughout her career, Ana has presented important solo exhibitions, such as Versos e Avessos (2020), um dia arranjo-lhe um nome (2014) and um lugar a meias (2012), held at the Centro para os Assuntos da Arte e Arquitectura (CAAA) in Guimarães.
His work has also been part of numerous group exhibitions, including Arte de Bolso (2022, 2021 and 2020) at Galeria Sete, Coimbra, and others at Galeria João Lagoa and Cooperativa Árvore, Porto. With a contemporary approach, his work reflects a deep interest in the exploration of forms and concepts in contemporary art, consolidating his position in the Portuguese art scene.
