Pachi Santiago is an Asturian artist Bachelor of Fine Arts who has spent years dedicating himself to the study of identity and appropriation using self-portrait as a means of expression. His work has been recognized and shown in several editions of PhotoEspaña, as well as in several international festivals, such as the prestigious photography festival ""Images"" of Vevey, Switzerland. He was selected in numerous exhibitions that brought together the most representative artists of the moment, highlighting ""Fronteras blandas"" in Fundación Telefónica, ""Un cierto panorama"" in the Canal Isabel II room, ""Modos de mirar"" of the Count Duque of Madrid with Ouka Lelee, Chema Madoz, Cristina García Rodero and Javier Vallhonrat, among others.
He was chosen as one of the references of artistic hybridization in our country, Santiago has exhibited in places like Mexico, New York, Berlin and Switzerland. The artist combines the work with lectures and workshops he has given at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Complutense University of Madrid or the EFTI photography school.
