A renowned artist who began her exhibition activity in the 80s, Ouka Leele decided to merge painting and photography to create her own artistic communication system, applying watercolour to colour the black and white photos. In the peak of the “Movida madrileña”, she extended her field of action to other artistic disciplines such as drawing, screen printing, painting and literature. Throughout her career, she has made several exhibitions, both individual and collective at an international and national level. During the last decade, she has been awarded several prizes, such as the National Photography Award.
